Okay so... This Ed is a little angrier than the first part but he's been cooped up for four days, it's enough to make him at least slightly more volatile. I feel somewhat better and less angry myself for having written it. It's short but the fight scene will take some work so. Here, you can has it.

Title: The years have been unkind... Pt. 2

Excellent, like the first part. Even more unsettling, perhaps. My God, what happened to you, Ed? Well, he almost explains...but then, you can see some grudging unconscious respect for Mustang's will and personality there...
I feel bad for Armstrong and the way he treats him...and even worse considering Ed will be wiping the floor with him in no time, I think...
Apart from the effects of the war and the shit people can come up with and do, I've always thought someone as incredibly famous, well-traveled, life-weary and intelligent as Ed would grow up to be an arrogant cynic scornful of almost anyone else.

Expecting part 3 *_*

Glad you thought I did it justice. I was worried about consistency from the first one so =^.^=

Ed will be wiping the floor with him in the next one I just haven't decided how exactly

Thanks!

wow! Ed is a real piece of work in this one! The boy's always had a temper but, jeez!, I've never seen him this bad! Can't wait to see how the duel turns out! :)

I really like Ed in this one. It makes me think of violent sex later on XD he's so furious and so strong and so full of hate, going from almost care-free and full of rightiousness to a pathetic view of realism in the world. I hope he gets something in his life soon to feel good about again!

:) I really like this Ed. He's such a mess. And I love how he's realized his potential for destruction.
