how to fix supergirl

someone had mention something on the DC message boards that just might be how to save supergirl from the hack clutches of kelley puckett: kill the character off. sadly, i wholy agree. a few months ago she was my favorite DC character after huntress, now the only way to save her is to kill her. if she's dead, kelley puckett can no longer ruin her

She's in their top ten in sales. And if you kill her, people will want her back. Most people SEEM to feel that if nothing else, they provided a decent origin for her this time around.

Nobody wants what she has become, but killing her? I dunno, man. =)

the jeph loeb supergirl origin was my favorite comic book origin EVER. it was complicated and creative and semi-original. kelley puckett replaced it with a completely generic and overused origin. it's like he made a board of generic science fiction origin cliches and threw a dart at it.
