There've been some cold and clear days now, today's one of them. And apparently, today it's cold enough (or then they're from yesterday) for the last bits of water in the air to turn into tiny ice and snow crystals. They're so tiny that you only see them floating slowly toward the ground, glittering beautifully, when you look in the sun's direction
