today i started at merrill gardens and i must say that if it wasnt for the girls there i would have died. they took care of me and made sure i knew what i was doing. the hardest part is remembering all of the residents names. there is like a million names and faces, ok like eighty but still thats a lot especially cuz they are old and tend to die.
