Oh man, I'd almost forgotten about all the sheep in that area. I lived in Many Farms, AZ, for a year. (We always went shopping in Cortez.)

Those traffic controllers...LAME.

You know, I've lived in this area for almost five years now.

I have never been to Cortez.

Weird, isn't it? It's not like Cortez is that far away. We just never head west from where we are. If we have to do real, non-Walmart shopping, we head down to Farmington. One of these days I'll see Cortez, though. Maybe I'll be really wild and go to Mesa Verde while I'm at it. ;) If Mesa Verde isn't burning, that is, as it often is in the summer.

I actually like the sheep. They don't bother me at all. It's kind of fun to drive through the herds. Those traffic controllers, though... Grrrrrrr.... >:(

Well that beats my problem with the dairy cows and the turkeys a while back. I hope your commutes get less hectic in the future!

There are occasionally cattle! Horses, very occasionally. But mostly it's sheep. Gives your morning drive that old-fashioned feel. :)

Haha, imagine those shitty traffic controllers on a scale of the state-wide construction effort.

That should give you an image of traffic control in my area. :-D

That's cause we don't have sheep in Ohio, don't you know. ;)
