Interesting. Very nice piece of writing, as always, Nighty. Should certainly be very interesting to see how Kitt adapts to his new surroundings and new form.

Only one tiny little niggle - I don't know if Kitt would ever volunterily abandon Michael entirely. I personally believe that Michael needs Kitt on some level, that they aren't just partners but freinds - a team. (this becomes much more apparent in seasons two and three of KR) Of course, I happen to be biased :)

But nonetheless, a brilliant start nad some intriguing ideas. I look forward to seeing more.

Frosty and I just see things a little differently. Our bias is Kitt=adorabibble and Michael=ultimate twit. Thus, we are perfectly happy to separate them, if only to save poor Kitt from the rampant twit-ness. :) That, and we just tend to think that Kitt would feel very...limited as he is. So, if you can buy the concept of the TFs existing in the same universe as Kitt, we tend to think that Kitt would be very attracted the TFs because they're like him only not nearly as limited. I've only read a bit of KR fanfic so far (Just no time, alas. :( ), and so far as I can see it's much like TF fanfic in that some of it is brilliant and much of it is disastrous. But, such is fanfic in general, so there we are. :) Lots of KR slash out there, too, which is at times mildly disturbing when I really set my mind to thinking aboutit, but... Heh, who am I to judge, y'know? :)

Heh... I can't stand crossovers, personally. To me, they are the ultimate in pre-teen fangirlyness, even more so than Mary Sues are. That does not, however, stop me from writing one, apparently... Well, actually, it's not so much of a crossover as it is an outright kidnapping... It's Adopt-A-Kitt, yeeeeesssss... :) That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. ;)

I like the interaction between Jazz and Prowl, cause Prowl needs someone to pick on him. :)

Well, that's what I keep telling him, but he's only very rarely inclined to listend to me. But, that's what Jazz is for.

I haven't watched Knight Rider in years, but you seem to have characterized KITT spot on. Good job on that.
