How come, in the comments, no matter what userpic I choose, it only displays my default userpic?

Hmm. I've had interface problems since they changed it over (e.g., typing in the pic name, seeing the pic I wanted, and hitting Return, then discovering that not only had it failed to select the picture I thought was up, it had also taken Return to mean "post the comment", unfinished, arrgh). But I've not had a problem with it putting in the wrong userpic after I had properly selected an alternate one.

They still haven't fixed that? I read that it's caused by userpics with more than one keyword. As far as I know, you have two choices: (1) make all your userpics have one keyword, or (2) change your journal style to something else, then check the View comment pages from my Friends page in my own style box in the settings. That way, when you comment (at least from your Friends page), you get the old-style comment page where userpic selection worked.

This mostly works, though I'm also still having this problem.

Because LJ broke its own interface and won't roll back the changes.
