Does anyone have a PCI Express card with a VGA out that I can borrow? What about a DVI-to-VGA adapter?

Yeah. I have a GeForce 6200 PCI Express kicking around somewhere. I think it's actually at the DSRG lab at WPI still. When do you need it?
