I get your point. Makes a lot of sense. I'd say just leave it alone. If an alien ship wants to contact us, we can deal with it then. Hopefully in a better way than we deal with most things that are unusual to us.

I don't believe that there's much intelligent life here on earth. I sincerely hope they do better on distant planets!
