I got seriously chastised by two different friends at two different times and places for not reading his books. A random friend of a friend also chipped in. I took it as a glorious sign.
He is awesome. Oh God, 'Going Postal' is brilliant.
And and I have all the e-books of his but I refuse to read because - I want book, in my hand, old fashioned like that.
HE HAS THE BEST QUOTES EVER. LIKE SERIOUSLY. THEY FEEL ME WITH SO MUCH GLEE I THREATEN TO POP.
"Fantasy doesn't have to be fantastic. American writers in particular find this much harder to grasp. You need to have your feet on the ground as much as your head in the clouds. The cute dragon that sits on your shoulder also craps all down your back, but this makes it more interesting because it gives it an added dimension."
