Why the hell is this not much bigger, much faster news in the media? Why do I mostly hear about and see this happening online in blogs?

Regardless of my government's and national news media's shameful silence, the huge majority of Americans are behind the people of Iran, hoping for any freedoms gained there.

I'm a bit surprised too. I've been periodically checking the news here in India, but so far no show at all. It's scary because they did a whole stint on Obama swatting a fly, yet there's no news of this.

OMG the elections in Iran make me angry. And the fact that so little people are aware of what is going on frustrates me even more. But I am still glad the news is spreading, and that these rallies are happening. Just... the violence. Ugh. D:

Me too. I am trying to keep up with all the information... and it's rather horrifying... all the things happening. I am going to try to go to a rally on Saturday. Are they having any in India?

So far India's just got past being aware of it, but right now the bigger concern seems to be Bengal, because of the riots going on there.
