Count Down: 13 days till Shards of Time

Mar 19, 2014 15:40

Today's question has been contributed by sweet siberianchan. Thank you very much :3

How do you imagine would their late lives - one or two centuries from now - look like?

And remember, you can always send us - sysann or me - or post it yourself, but please let us know beforehand. Cheers! :)

*laughs* I keep hoping they'll die together soon so I can stop worrying about them getting separated. --- Seregil already constantly complains that he's bored with everything in his early sixties. Just imagine him getting to two-hundred or more. -- If they do survive everything life throws at them, isn't 200 time for the mid-life crises? :P Seregil might go and marry a girl. *ducks, giggles and runs away*

Seregil trying out weird hair colours. Wearing the gaudiest, youthishest clothes possible, using slang.
...
... and maybe, just maybe he started the hair dyeing as an experiment and noticed that Alec was a tad bit weirded out and for a month or so he acted all midlife-crisis because annoying your loved ones is the best past time ever.

Alec's revenge will be horrible. I don't know what he will do, but you don't annoy a Dalnan and get off unscathed.

Only that Seregil will likely still look young by the time, won't he? So he's not really got any use for trying to pass off as young other than that he might *feel* old and weary? (Of course by that time the age difference between Seregil and Alec will hardly be noticeable. It's only about 40 years to begin with. If you've lived about more than a 100 that's bound to be less of an issue.)

*snicker* That depends on how annoyed Alec would be. If he's just rolling his eyes a little Seregil would probably think it a fun sport. If Alec was seriously upset he'd stop.

Of course he would drop it if Alec was upset. But I don't think they'll ever cut out some good natured teasing.
... Seregil probably would try out dye, as I sad, maybe for a diguise and it's kinda funny so he doesn't remove it immediately.
Notices that Alec raises an eyebrow or two, goes in full-blown mode... and while Alec IS disturbed for an hour or so, he realizes Seregil does it to annoy him and rolls eyes.
In the end, this stuff is wayyyy to bothersome for seregil to keep it up.
(once the newest fad is to push aside baths and use powder and perfumes for "hygeny", since water is deemed "unhealthy" Seregil drops the act at once)

*laughs* But Seregil would have way more to lose. If Alec just started to dye (or cut) his hair, Seregil would be on his knees begging to reverse it on either of them. :P Alec might like Seregil's hair. But he's nowhere near as obsessed.

pffft, as if Alec ever would even SAY something so horrible. He might consider it, then consider the distress Seregi would be in and immediately drop it.
(but since he doesn't mind it either way he'd leave the threat to Thero to voice.)
