Hey, don't be afraid to say you don't want to work the extra hours. They can't fire you over a thing like that, especially for extra hours you don't normally work. You have a life outside of the workplace.
I have this problem about saying no too, but its not so bad because I love my job.

We're not union, so there's a little more they can get away with than if we were in one. I've been looking for other jobs anyway, so once I have one that pays me equal if not more to what I'm making now, it's out the door I go. I just can't stand being in a grocery store anymore.
