Starbuck from the new BSG. I know we discussed it earlier that I've only seen a few of the very first episodes, but i remember when I saw them that she reminded me of you. I think it was the fact that she punched out a superior officer...I laways thought that if someone pushed you enough, you'd do that. Karen calling you a firecracker is fairly apt as well...

I like ... Kara is my fave character on TV...

you should totally watch the new Battlestar Galactica. I do have several of Kara's characteristics... you really see her character in Act of Contrition (4th, mabe 5th, episode) and that's the episode that hooked me on the show.

Yeah, I agree with Heather, except, having watched more of the show... you're not as ruthless and jaded as Kara Thrace. I see you as more of a Gabrielle from Xena, but you're not as passive and, well, blonde, as Gabby was sometimes. You're a bit of a mix, Gabby's goodwill and belief in other people with some of Kara's fire.

I believe I said "Catwoman sprinkles.” And as for firecracker, you said they blow things up, but I say they bring light and sound and joy.

By the 2nd season episode Scar, I will admit that Kara is very jaded... but oh well...

I am not as ruthless because I can / do hold back whereas Kara does not.

There are times that I do admit that I see Gabby qualities in me. I don't see it as a bad thing.

After some thought I couldn't go with a movie or TV character.

Riku from FFX. At least the younger Em was. Sweet, bubbly, bouncy and extremely loyal. Someone you would want to have around just to enjoy how life is viewed through her eyes and how she messes with people that are too serious.

The current Em seems to be Riku with some Xena thrown in. Confident, able to see her faults and works at correcting them while refusing to give up an inch if she's right. Those with the Riku traits make an awesome friend.
