I don't think I've ever read anything from Foreman's point of view before and now I find myself oddly fascinated.

House is such a bastard. Even if he is sick and dying. And I'm glad at least Cameron didn't end up tied to that in your story.

Interesting take on Foreman... he's always so heldback, almost withdrawn it seems. I like that you could narrate from his point of view without breaking that integral holding-back of his.

Hehe, glad you enjoyed this. Foreman's a too often neglected character (Thank darwin for foreman_fest!) And House will inevitably always be a bastard; just look how he acted in the "Three Stories" flashbacks :) Thanks for the comment.

Ahhh why don't you have more comments? This is *excellent* story. I have a weird soft spot for apocalyptic fics when they're done well. Your characterization is spot on, especially Foreman, and I especially liked "And he realizes that he’s staring into the face of death itself. Except now he’s the one trying to save everyone behind the glass barrier."
