Natural History Museums

I need to go to a Natural History Museum.  Do any of you know of one in the Buffalo region?  At all?  And by region I mean I'm willing to drive a day there...Or longer...The only ones I can seem to find are American Museum of Natural History, and One in Ann Arbor, MI.  I can stay in MI with family but really?!

So if you have any ideas?  Buffalo area

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but it's in Trumansburg, NY which is about 15 minutes outside of Ithaca. It's about 2.5 hours from Blo, and somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half from Syracuse.

I've been there a couple of times. A lot of their exhibits are really geared more towards children, but there's still some pretty cool stuff. Hope that helps.

oops i lied. apparently the museum is actually in ithaca. but close enough. :)
