Prolly the Eastern Orthodox and that family. There are some flavors of Catholicism that still use the Latin mass, and the others still use the old prayers in modern languages.

I'm not 100% certain, but I'd think that only the Catholics and Episcopals/Anglicans do, with Greek Orthodox doing some variation thereof (except in Greek). I thought the Protestant denominations (other than Episcopals) eschewed all that fun ritual stuff, most especially the actual Mass.

None of this ever troubled my various Protestant choir directors, thankfully, so we had plenty of bits of Latin mass, along with pretty things like the Ave Maria that a lot of Protestants probably actively think is just wrong.

Episcopals/Anglicans (untill he split is formal) use latin in parts of the chanting, depending on the pastor and congregation. The Catholics have been sugesting that masses be done in the "common vernacular" for a while now, but Benidict seems to be reversing the trend. Some really old school and some newer, trendy parrishes offer latin mass.
