And so the Bursar screws me over YET AGAIN! Gah. We had problems last year with the Bursar's office, but they were minor and smoothed over within a mercifully short period of time. But this year...oh, no. I got an email just Friday from the Bursar saying that my fees weren't cleared and that they would cancel my classes and my registration for this

I 100% understand this situation. This could have very well have been me if I hadn't done a mad scramble last week to make sure all my checks go though. I'm a little confused about the promissory note, though. I asked at the payment center about that a few days before the semester began and they said that it only needed to be filled out once for the rest of your college career. If they accepted it last year, shouldn't it still be accepted? I don't know how much this helps you but it could be a good point to argue when you go in to yell at them tomorrow.
I sincerely hope everything works out for you. No one needs this kind of headache.

Mrr, hope everything gets worked out! Also, next feast we shall definitely have to *sit down*. Alright, maybe not next feast, because that's Newcomers, and there's no telling who will be there, but definitely the next event we go to.
