100 Drabbles #51 - Shorts
Sammy preened in the new clothes, grinning at her reflection in the mirror. The tailor had given her a kid’s sailor inspired suit to try on, with shorts that could also be s skirt, making it look like a boy’s outfit or a girl’s as she desired. Sammy clearly loved it.
“You want that one, sweetheart?”
The toddler smiled and nodded. “And a dress like Daddy’s!”
Sarah looked at the two of them - her in a black dress, Stephen in mage robes - and laughed. “That’s not a- oh, never mind. It’s a nice dress. But only one new outfit today.”
