While I don't see Brad as the sharing type, I can see them playing these little games. I've always liked the idea of Brad and Nate not stopping liking women, just... liking each other more. I don't even know if that makes sense. So yeah, I can see them doing this, especially because as oxoniensis said, it's all about the two of them, despite the women in it.
