Mostly due to my current One Piece fixation and the want for more icons I decided to finally update this bloody thing. Might as well utilize it if I'm paying for it. At least for a month. We'll see how well that goes. :p ( Read more... )

Hey, nice to hear from you again. Congratulations on graduating. I just finished my Master's as well. :) How long will your Master's degree take?

Grad housing doesn't look too bad, save that you'll be sleeping on top of your roommate. Least you have a kitchen though.

About two years but I'm looking to going straight into my doctorate program. Here's hoping I like it.

I don't really mind the roomie situation so so much as much as I'm nervous about a new person I don't really know and also I snore which tends to cause problems.

But I don't really cook so... The best thing about that housing in particular is that ethernet hookup is free and I don't need cable or a phone so...

You know, I'm really happy for you. A few years ago, I remember you were working at a supermarket or something and not at all thrilled with the direction your life was going. Now you're planning to get your PhD. That's really amazing. I'm glad you were able to pull this off.

You don't cook, so... Does graduate housing come with a meal plan? Or do you survive off ramen and Cheerios?

I think there is a meal plan but if not I'll survive I guess. :D I like ramen!
