i originally posted this in life with Fae because it's cat-related, but i've decided to post it here as well. LJ is where most of my memories are "archived", so this one should be here too.

Wow, that was really interesting, thanks for sharing ^-^
I'd love to do something like that for all of my cats, too, but I can't. I don't have photos of all of them with me (they're back home) and I barely remember the names of the ones when I was REALLY young.
I'm not entirely sure, but before I turned 10 we had like 5 or 6 different cats (some of them died quite young...)
When I was 10 I got a baby cat from my relative's farm and he stayed with me for 16 years until he died as greatgrandfather ;o; ... shortly after that I moved to Japan anyways and never had a cat again ;o; ..... I really miss having cats, because I'm just not used to a live without cats :(

wow, i didn't know that you had cats practically your entire life. living in Japan without one must be really hard for you. :( i hope you can have a cat again soon!

according to my mom i had a kitten or two when i was really young, but i don't even remember them and they weren't really mine anyway, so i left them out of this entry. ^^;

Yeah ... even after my last cat died and my dad said he doesn't want another cat (as it's his house, I had no say in it), I wasn't lonely because we had soooooo many cats in our neighborhood I met as soon as I stepped outside. It is tough, but you get used to it - at least as long as I know that evenutally I will have cats again :)
