Awww what a cutey!

Good luck on saving money. In my last year, I was able to save $7,000 with absolutely no sweat off my back. I have a few tips and tricks if you want to hear them.

what's your money-saving goal? is there a dollar amount that you're aiming for? i think you worry a bit too much! little money or lots of money, things will work out in the end if you want them to.

i need to leave this job with as much as i can... as i hope to go to grad school and grad school is /expensive/.

if i were to scrap away every penny for the rest of my 3rd year and not recontract for a 4th, i could only leave here with around 7,000$ at max and that just isnt enough... :/

Wow, your mid-year conference is so late! Ours is in November.... to me November seems stupid because it's definitely not mid-year by JET standards (not if people are starting in the summer) but whatever. I think it is mostly early to equip new JETs so they know what the heck they are doing before too many months slide by.

Awwww cute pics :)

i think that it would be awesome for noobs to get the help that MYC could provide sooner rather than later, but for the majority who are already there and contemplating recontracting, i think having it in jan almost a month before the forms are due is good too. especially after xmas when everyone comes back from their trips and get depressed etc. :)

I really wonder how long I'll stay in Japan. In 2 more months, I will have been here for 2 years already and I've recontracted for a third year. Right now I can't imagine going back after that 3rd year ... especially because I have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO back home.

Such cute pics. Glad to see she's doing fine.
Happy New Year btw. - I know I'm late, but I just came back from my winter vacation!
I hope you had tons of fun in LA? :)

happy new year to you as well. :] hope you enjoyed your vacation. Vegas was alright. it was mostly just visiting my family and showing figgybee around.
