the idea for this completely random dish came from a craving for tomatoes and rice and having seen a tomato-based rice soup on tv a week ago? anyway, this is how i cook: based on food cravings and my own sense of food chemistry.

When I try to cook without a recipe (and sometimes even if I do it WITH one) it ends up being completely ... ugh!

i've tried making tomato fried rice, but never cooking the rice in tomato itself. i think i will have to soon though =D

:o i would cook the rice separately. cook the veggies a bit in a pot/saucepan and then add in the tomato soup and lastly the rice, or you can just serve the tomato-veggie stuff on the rice in a bowl and mix it together then, finally topping it with cheese before serving.
