...i thought about commenting on your entry apologizing a million times over for the thoughtless, stupid political-related comment i made during our roadtrip last weekend, but i decided against it. but now i will!

i`m sorry a million times over. ;-; that was really stupid of me.

and yes, hopefully the next 4yrs will bring about positive change not just because Obama will be president. the next 4yrs would/will be hard on everyone regardless of who had won this election.

for the record, however, i am somewhat of a pessimistic person and i think that EVERY country sucks equally and thus i lack faith in EVERY country, but i pick on America (and now Japan) just because they pertain to me more.

thinking America (like every other country) sucks doesnt make me not proud to be an American. ;) GO AMERICA!

Uhhhh... Huh?? Ok hun, I don't remember any thoughtless comments! If you did say something, it rolled right off my back because I know you didn't mean me. I am not defined by my party, rather my party is defined by its extremists. I hope I've demonstrated that I am no conservative extremist. I am a free thinker and do not blindly follow everything my party does. Just most of it. ;P

I want you to feel comfortable saying what is on your mind without fear of ridicule or hate (just as I hope I can do the same.) We are not vindictive people. You need no apologies, ok? Ok!

I will balance your pessimism with my optimism, if I may. ;P
