WOOOOO.

I am sleepy and thus going to bed soon, but I just wanted to report that after an exhaustive FOUR HOUR WRITING STINT today (apparently listening nonstop to "The Dark Knight" soundtrack helps)...

I AM OFFICIALLY FINISHED WITH MY SUPES/BATS BIG BANG. HUZZAAAH. :D

It ended up at about 19,400 words, which is even longer than my Inception bang. WHAT WAS I ( Read more... )

little old me, real life, big bang

So many congratulations! I find Zimmer's music incredibly inspiring for writing to as well. Four hours of writing, I am impressed! Have a good night's sleep and a blast at Six Flags!

Thanks! I'm pretty pumped. :3

Zimmer's Batman soundtracks are some of the best out there, I think. They get me in the perfect mood to write, especially when I have to scrawl out a fight scene or two. So epic. ♥

Hobby Lobby has yellow ribbon, COME VISIT ME. =P

I'm excited about MY costume. Even though I still have no motivation to make the cape. Sigh. I'm really excited for my hair you have no idea. \o/

OKAY I WILL. HOBBY LOBBY HERE I COME.

And I will be your motivation for the cape because I want at least one photo with Cruella de Vil, and she'd better be wearing puppies. ;P (In other words, I am super excited for your costume, too, and I am sending you happy thoughts for the cape!)

YAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Hopefully, the day when I can read Supes/Bats comfortably will come soon! 19,400 words of Nifty goodness seems like such a shame to miss out on. ):

I hope you have loads of fun at Fright Fest! :3 Take plenty of pictures or be ready to spin us lovely tales, yeah? :3 I actually have not seen a Carmen Sandiego costume ever...this should be interesting :3

I would be excited about Halloween this year if my partner-in-crime wasn't so far away...we were going to run around campus as Batman and Robin. LOLOL

Hmmm. Perhaps I can entice you with wee!Dick...? He bounces around this story quite a bit. ;D

I don't know about pictures at Fright Fest (carrying a camera onto roller coasters makes me nervous), but I will definitely take pictures next weekend when I'm all dressed up! I freaking love Halloween.

Aw, I'm sorry your partner in crime is so far away. :( You should run around campus dressed up like Batman (or Robin, whichever you were going to be) anyway! Attack random people and take pictures and send them to your partner in crime! Haha~

Aw man...I do love wee!Dick so...well...it'd be totally worth it for him. ;w; I suppose any amount of trauma I receive will have been worth it. xD

Ah...I see why you would be nervous. Never mind then. No pictures at Fright Fest. LOLOL But I will be looking forward to those costume shots! :D

I'm always Robin. I'm not nearly frightening or intimidating or anywhere near the physical size enough to be Batman. xD We could always do that, but ah...there was the idea of them coming down for the Avengers and then showing up to the midnight premiere as the Justice League...xD

It shouldn't be too traumatic! There is absolutely no smut, I swear. But you don't have to read it if you won't want to - there's no pressure! :)

And I completely support the idea of going to the midnight premiere of the Avengers dressed as the Justice League. That would be priceless and perfect. LET YOUR DC ROOTS SHOW. \o/

Yay! Congrats, Nifty! :)

Can't wait to read your story. :)

My costume? Pretty ordinary: a black shirt, long black skirt, stockings, shoes and Witch hat with a pentagram necklace and broom. Also some cool make-up! Good for opening the door to trick-or-treaters. :)

Thanks so much! It's a huge weight off my shoulders. Feels pretty awesome.

I wish we got trick-or-treaters on campus! I would have so much fun with that. Little kids in costumes are the cutest. Alas, I'll just have to spend my last Halloween in college drinking with friends or something. Woe is me. ;D

What a hardship! ;)

Oh, I noted that Wee!Dick is going to be in your story quite a bit! Yay! :)

I know, I know! It's going to be so rough.

And yes, wee!Dick makes quite a few appearances, bouncing around as he usually does! I had a blast writing him. He's such a precious thing. ♥
