It is very awkward in the beginning but it gets easier and less awkward over time. Just try your best (and granted he has to, too) to keep consistent. Good luck, hon...totally been there and am still trying to get to the ok point.

PS did you write about your relationship with your dad in previous entries or have it archived? i just didn't want to be clueless as to whats been going on or maybe i forgot : / either way, yay to some form of progress with your dad :)

lol. I didn't know until about a year or 2 ago that you were suppose to rinse your mouth out after brushing. :)
