Huzzah. I finally won a poker tournament tonight, pretty comprehensively too. The last five hands or something of the final table were just a whitewash - the cards loved me, which they don't usually. I now have a shiny silver-plated button for eternal bragging rights

Just learn from the mistakes you know you made, and work on the weaknesses you know you have.

And remember, as much as people will rant and rave about poker being all about skill, luck has a damned lot to do with it too.
