I just read your story this morning, and wow is my first reaction! You write with such detail, and purpose. I truly enjoyed the deep dive into Jensen's life as a police officer, and his family issues, which even though very ugly, were so prominent in making him the brave man he later became. Jared mysterious story was well written, and you kept the suspense going for a very long time, which is an excellent story telling skill. I still got so caught up in the emotional rollercoaster these two men lived daily, that when the reveal happened I was actually surprised. Great work, and thanks so much for sharing it! J2 Forever:-D

Awesome, I'm so glad that you liked it! Jensen's storyline was so much fun to write. It was different from what I've done in the past. It was a little hard to keep the suspense going and I had to weave through some difficult paths because I didn't want Jensen to find out his "secret".

"Angel Eyes" is a favorite movie of mine, and you did wonderfully sticking to much of the plot in this part, but with enough differences to make it your own. I'm looking forward to the rest of it.
This very good start with story I love the smooth transition from accident scene to Jensen currentl daily life; I love that you don't tell us yet what exactly is strain with Jensen and his parent so we can find out more as we read; can't wati for more
