This was wonderful, and I hate you (no I don't) because I'm going to be so freaking late to work! The build-up was so delicious, and then it was hot, hot, hot! Fantastic story. There must be some hide comment feature here, because there is absolutely no way I'm the first! Kudos! ;-)
I loved this! I had a feeling Jared was bi and hiding it, so I'm glad I was right about that. And aww at the end! I'm glad Jensen got over his issues and he and Jared can be happy. And LOL at Megan being able to hear them through the walls.
This was such a wonderful slow building story. Such fun to read. Read this instead of working so...I really gotta go before I get caught. Thanks for sharing. This was great even if I get caught ;)
Well, you already know how much I loved this... but I'm not getting tired of telling you again *g*
I love the little bits and parts you added to your final version... esp. the blanket scene (you know what I mean lol ) And also the entire scene with Chet in the park and Jared being super protective of Jensen.
And yeah... pretty much everything. :-D A story with such summary has lots of potential to go wrong and very cliched. But you pulled it off nicely, with a great and slow build up, great characterization and a very well thought through concept. \o/
What a lovely feel-good story. I like the way none of it felt rushed; the slow development of their relationship and the careful navigating of Jensen's insecurities made it really believable. Although Jared the pretend boyfriend is a hell of a tease. ^^ A great take on the pretend-boyfriends trope.
I love a slow build up, even this one was a little too rushed for me, but I'm sure you all would've gotten bored sooner or later. Jared would be the best tease ever :) thanks for reading!

I wish the people I can hear through my walls were as hot as the J's!
