i dunno if it fits your schedule...
or what time your gym opens up.
but mornings is better.
sleep early the night before start your day off right.
take a 45-1hr power nap in the midday and not only will you get more done but you'll reap more benefits.
if being in bed earlydoesnt fit your way of life right now tho, then squeeze in a workout inthe evenings.
either way try to make cardio your #1 priority.
