Tehehe.
I'll be watching Camelot, The Borgias (Did you know that two different series about the Borgias are coming? :O), and Game of Thrones.
*goes on giggling like mad*

I think I might have to watch all three, too! But do I need to read the Game of Thrones book before I watch the show?

I *think* you can probably watch GoT without reading it first. (I haven't seen the ep yet.)
I mean, there are so many characters that if anything, I expect the TV series will simplify things and make the storyline easier to follow. At least that's what normally happens with adaptations. We'll see.

Honestly, I don't have the patience to read the entire book series, because the constant jumping from one character to the other to the next and back (sometimes after a long time) makes it a bit difficult for me to follow, not to mention that after a while I don't give a damn anymore who does what to whom and why.
I hope that doesn't make me a bad person. ;)

That's my only issue with Game of Thrones. I've never read the series! Should I before I start watching the show? The set-up of the fantasy world looks... complicated.

I don't think you have to; I'm guessing they'll make the series accessible to people who've never read the book. Plus, sometimes it's better if you don't, so you're not constantly going, "WAIT, THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN IN THE BOOK." :)
