Actual suggestions Re: LJ Profile blah.

Well, now I have a functional complaint. It seems that the new design doesn't support iFrames. Seeing as how that's how GOOGLE CALENDAR's little app is coded, I have a bit of a problem here.

Any info on the use of tables? Were your tables screwed up? I'm considering finally implementing a table based Profile so that mine isn't quite so hideous.

Did the old version support iFrames? If so, I'm not surprised they eliminated that; it would pose a security risk, I'd think.

Standard HTML works, including tables. My profile is in a table, and it made the switch just fine.

Anyone else finding the new profile layout non-scalable on Firefox, or is it just me?

It's just you.

CRAP. Hm. Okay, I can add that to the screwy of my firefox, then. It won't let me log into myspace, either, and I can't figure out why. I can log into myspace and look at new profile thing on IE, but not on Firefox. Also, I've been having issues with the network websites when I go to watch shows on them in firefox. :-/

I dunno. maybe not?

I know that some people's coding went wonky, and I wasn't sure WHY.
