i wake up to see nothing but you,
your eyelids lightly flutter
as i shift positions in bed.
i wake up warm and naked
with your arm holding me close.
to savour this moment forever,
i slowly let my eyes close
and my mind secretly ponders ideas
of what our future together could hold.
