I went up to DC when it was 28 degrees. I couldn't feel anything from my thighs down and from my elbows down. Miserable. Just the temperatures I'm used to are higher, I guess. That and at 60 I'm really cold and start to not be able to feel my fingers and toes. Maybe I'm just weird.

I.... Go outside in a t-shirt and barefoot when it's like 43 out, so. I think it's just what kind of tolerances you develop living where you do.
