Called LSU this morning. The guy I talked to on the phone was very helpful, but unable to give me anything. The do the workup on your information after you're accepted there, and I wasn't. He said that if they had the information to give me a copy of, he'd be happy to give it to me. He even wished me good luck

and I wish I could offer help about the tickets, but I don't know anywhere reliable that would be worth looking into. My frst suggestion was e-bay, but I don't think I'd trust that.

Aw, it's okay. I usually check on their shows and stuff. They messaged me back last year saying they'd have another show at the end of the year, but I didn't think to look for this year. It sucks not going to LSU and hearing about these things in their papers like I used to. :/ The one I looked in comes out every week, but being at the downtown location for my long days, and hardly seeing the pick-up areas at other times, I just totally forgot. :(
I don't think I'd try E-bay, either. Besides, it's one of those local places where you have to actually go to the place to buy the tickets. Baton Rouge is a college town, and The Varsity is right there outside the north gates of LSU, so it's easy to get to. I cross-posted in the batonrouge community, maybe I'll have some luck? *shrug*

It kills me that the intelligence it requires to be helpful in a customer service area in a collegiate office is...well..nil. Apparently, they don't require you to actually have any to apply. I've given up talking to people who work in random offices or at random stations at UNO for anything. Now I go to the Drs/Professors I know and whine and bitch until someone finally figures out what/where I'm supposed to be.
So major luck wishing from me to you. It'll get done, step on some throats. Let out some of that inner aggression I know is in there *winks*.
