For those who have not been getting the updates, I'm in Ecuador. I have been fighting for internet access at the hotel, but am now at an internet cafe. Have about 5 min to kill on my timer. Good choice with the Galapagos; I want to hit Easter Island at some point in my life. Looking forward for the picture show.

The charicature of the sad Moai is hilarious, that is the first time I've seen that one. I got the avatar from a video game called Half-Life. I am not sure when easter island first intrigued me. Perhaps it was when I was first exposed to the seven wonders of the world and my teacher gave Rapa Nui an honourable mention.
