Currently cooking a roast (slightly burnt) pork belly INCLUDING ROAST POTATOES which is traditionally hard since everything needs different times and temperatures. Potatoes are still cooking, pork has finished resting and is in danger of getting cold, and the

I think if it's pronounced skiffy it's some slightly different from SF (or sci-fi).

Dollhouse was pretty good - it's a shame they cancelled it just as it was starting to get really interesting...

Mooli (aka daikon) is a type of radish. It's the stuff you quite often get twirly bits of with sashimi in Yo Sushi. I'd be interested to hear how it turned out as I doubt it roasts well. :-)

Agree on Dollhouse. Also good for the yay!-People-out-of-other-Whedon-things!

Well, the first lot ended up on the floor in a pan-shaking-up accident, and the second lot were pretty crispy.. as in burnt. The mouli roasted okayish, bit watery.
