You don't need digital cable to watch 30 Rock. You can get the HD feed over the air with an inexpensive antenna that will work with any HDTV purchased in the last year or two. We have Dish Network, which doesn't have HD versions of the local channels. For those, we use an antenna.

Ah, that's true, but our TV is a few years old, so I guess we'd need an HD tuner.
