Why am I such a nut......?

I feel crazy as usual.....I am feeling claustrophobic in my own skin. I just want top escape this place this world and this life. I constantly feel on the verge of tears and i cant seem to get a frim grasp of reality. I just want to disappear live in a cave. Just fall off the face of the earth for a while. I can tell the people around me don't know
