I found you via Mary Claire's livejournal, and I must say, bravo. It's good to know there are some out there who don't buy all the bullshit Kent State tries to feed. My mom is a professor at Kent in the dance department, and she's been dragged into judicial review because some of the "minorities" get upset when she gives them a low grade for not showing up. It states in the syllabus the attendance requirements for the whole school of dance. And yet, these "minorities" feel they don't apply to them and that my mom simply gives them a low grade because of their race. It's such bullshit. A professor shouldn't be afraid to fail a student who deserves it.
