Your cat is fine. She has thankfully not yet wakened me in such a like manner to the vomit. Her new favorite spot being my chair, she is hard to live with. How is Maryland?

Plastics are derived from oil...and the price of oil is going...up! Thus, why your hobby grows in expense. Sorry...organic chemists everywhere feel your pain.

Ah yes, oil. I was made aware of this fact some years ago. Maybe we could all switch to something organic? Olive oil plastic space men?

Hey, you! leitha_phoenix July 18 2008, 07:37:55 UTC
You know what, I was just in a Border's TODAY, thinking, "Man. I wish I could remember who Nick said was writing the final book of the Wheel of Time and I would look for some of his stuff."

And I know what you mean about the frickin' weird "evolution" of games. I saw 4th edition D&D today and did a double-take because it looked so alien to me (I started playing two incarnations back, in high school). So yeah. Like you didn't know already, you're not alone in your nerdy nostalgia for times gone by.

But tell me. Was Warbreaker a thumbs up or thumbs down? Worthy reading material? (please oh please say yes - I want something to look forward to in the final WoT installment!)

And hey, hope you're doing well!
