The tour sounds like a really cool way to say farewell to the location. And since you mentioned Rickman, Vicki and I (and two friends who weren't with us in July) have Row A seats to see The Seminar in November.

They do like to trade on their connection to Alan Rickman, even though judging from the photos on the walls it must be decades since he last performed there LOL.
