I can see how you could see it that way. . .but I don't think that is in any way the way that is meant to be taken.

I think he is saying that people are all people. . .the greatest tragedy is that we sometimes forget that and treat people like shit and don't realize there is decency in everyone. . .you never know when it can come out. . .and it could save you
