Three...a friend of mine who does not believe in them, and my Mother and Father in law....make that Four, my Boss' mother does not have one either. But the last 3 people are old school as I suspect you will discover that many of the "non-cellis" will be!
man...nah thre are TONS of people that have them in corpus. just my friends don't feel the need to talk on the phone at all times...most of them don't even LIKE talking on the phone at all...my self included.
i had a cell phone when i lived in new york city, but when we moved up here to the mountains two years ago, i couldn't get reception, so i got rid of the phone.
i don't miss it, and i have no desire to get another one ever again.
i know a lot of people up here who don't own them.
btw, i noticed you added me to your friends list, so i added you to mine as well!
Hi!! Hope you don't mind if I added you. It may seem that I have too many friends.. but I can't help it.. I love to read about people from the other part of the world :) And I find you very interesting.. so hope you don't mind if I added :) About the cellphones.. you defnitely lower the average of the cell-owners.. but it is not fair.. cause you are in a non-covered area. And by the way.. I so envy you cause you live in the mountains.. :((
Just to know.. where do you libe now? I'd love to trade my hectic city life to hide with my son between the mountains.. sigh...
don't mind at all! it's always nice to have new friends.
actually, we do have cell phone service in my area, just not with the provider i used to have. since i didn't feel like switching over to someone else, i just got rid of my phone.
i live in a very small ski town (pop. 732) in colorado. i used to live in new york city, but moved here after my daughter was born. i am so much happier here...i highly recommend re-locating to the mountains if you can. it's good for the soul!

Of all the people I know, I was the first to have a cell phone. Today I have none. Kinda want one, but more for web access than as a phone.
The only people I now know who do not have one are over 70 years old. Definitely everyone between 14 and 50.
