One good thing that has happened recently, is that I've been approved for 4 therapy sessions through work. I had my first session this week and the therapist helped me hit the nail on the head. I spent time after the session writing out my notes and thinking up some ideas to support myself.
One idea was to write down a list of self care ideas that would help me. And then I decided to make a set of cards. These now sit in a bowl on my desk and I can pick up a card and be inspired at any time.
