Merry Christmas hon!

I've long got used to Homeland Security riffling my packages. The last time they stole my five free cosmetic samples and shoved all the padding to the bottom leaving the products I'd ordered unprotected at the top of the box which was shoddily resealed. My mail man was very unimpressed. *g*

This is the first time I've been subject to this. Very annoying. Ah well, I suppose they have a job to do like everyone else.

LOL...I am the same way...I am like "thank the Gods of the Great White North that the peace of late winter is here and I am back at work".

I didn't realize it until now, but I seem to be starting an animal theme with Izzi. The ballerina elephant last year, and now a lion.... :-)

Hope you and your family had a lovely Christmas.

We are finally recovering for all the festivities and Im back to work for two weeks now - feels like I've never been away. :headesk:

Oh - latest update on the Fedex fiasco - they have now had the gall to charge me £23 VAT/handing fee as the value of the goods is listed as being over £36. Sheez! Daylight robbery if you ask me, but apparently that's the rules - doesnt matter if the item is a gift (which they tore open then repackaged badly) I've still got to pay the VAT.

I hate customs!
