WOW! These are awsome!!!!!!!! They look like glass beads! Would you mind if I try this? I have some embossing powders left. So cool! I'd definately wear these!
haha if i knew who you were i would send you a tutorial lol =)
i found a bunch of directions online that said YOU MUST DO THIS but i ended up finding my own way with the stuff i happened to have lying about my studio.
thanks! i took my first 9 and used them to embellish a journal. i figure i will add 9 every time i get the journal back from a friend i am trading it with!
i don't think i did, since i don't know what that is lol. i used three coats of regular clear embossing powder. it's tricky getting it to melt without bubbling.
materials: pva glue, papers, toothpicks for rolling beads on, embossing powder, heat gun. also threads and yarns for some.
yes there are several if you google 'paper beads'. i looked at a few, then basically made up my own way. the first one i was sent to was lisa vollrath's which you can find here:
Before reading of what you made them, and looking to the small image, I tought they could be glass, but that you must have made them out of raku or something else that you usually use. :)They should be lightweight too...
