Perhaps it's the more Ravenclaw side of your personality that resulted in McGonagall? It doesn't seem like the description really touches on how she's a Gryffindor at all. And at least your polar opposite is Peter Pettigrew. That's a silver lining.

It does seem a bit odd that the Gryffindor would be considered less impulsive than the Slytherin, though. I mean, I definitely see McGonagall as being more reserved than Slughorn, but I would put that as more of a difference between being introverted and being extroverted than impulsive and cautious.

Or if I were less mature I would have ended up as Lucius Malfoy... rich, successful (except when not), many people seem to like him...

Eh, ol' Lucius seems to buy his influence. It may work for a while, but I don't think of that as a long-term way to remain relative - it's a tenuous way at best - someone can always come along and outspend you.

I like to pretend that, while other families give out pocket watches for coming-of-age, the Malfoys inherit pimp canes. It is a curious affectation of his wealth. He wants to keep being a fop alive and well.
