cut off his testicles, and chop them up really finely teeny, tiny pieces. And pulverizes them adding in a little arugula, some sage feta cheese and then shove the mixture back up into... emmm... well lack of better word, into his ass.

Then cut out his heart, the cold, useless, tiny little heart and fillet it on either side this makes a nice amuse-bouche
